I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable although not as clean as European standards, but the staff, especially Ouday, were very friendly and helpful. The service was amazing with welcoming and polite staff like Mohammad and Abdullah at the reception. The location was very good, with convenient access to the central bus station and a nice atmosphere around. The dining experience was fair in terms of quality for the price.
